Has it ever happened to you that you sat in front of a sheet of paper, only covered with letters, wishing there was some life on the page?
For some time now little "Männchen"(*) have been strolling across my papers - as soon as I have a pen in my hand, they show up. They are cheeky, thoughtful, clumsy, nosy, naive, cheery, or simply lovable, and they discover this world in their very own way.
